Trailer Park Tycoon
As you start a map, you are given a plot of land next to a busy highway. Every so often, a commuter enters your park. If you have a vacancy that suits this person, they will take up residence. Players can build three different types of structures -- trailers for residents to live in, ornaments to decorate your park and add ambience, and amenities like restaurants, video stores, and laundromats.
